About the job
We are currently partnering with a very well-established healthcare provider with multiple clinics across Sydney, seeking a Mandarin and Cantonese-speaking Physiotherapist to join their growing community team.
This is a mobile, community-based position working across metropolitan Sydney. The role is primarily full-time, however part-time applicants will also be considered.
The company has built an excellent reputation within the Chinese community and offers a genuinely supportive environment where clinicians are valued and not pressured by unrealistic KPIs or contractor-style arrangements. This is a salaried position with stable weekly pay, meaning you are paid consistently regardless of traffic, cancellations, or how many patients you see in a day.
The Role Would Suit
- Physiotherapist with 1+ years of experience
- Very confident new graduate
- Clinicians who enjoy community work and building long-term patient relationships
What’s On Offer
- Stable salaried position with weekly pay
- Full reimbursement of petrol, tolls, and travel-related expenses
- Supportive management and team culture
- Established referral streams and patient base
- Opportunity to work autonomously while still feeling supported
- Long-term career stability with a respected organisation
Requirements
- AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- Fluent Mandarin and Cantonese language skills
- Driver’s licence and own vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
If you enjoy community-based work, value flexibility and stability, and would like to work within a genuinely supportive team environment, we would be happy to discuss this opportunity further.
